Job Title: ServiceNow Practice Head (Sales & SME Focus)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Practice Head to lead our ServiceNow practice with a dual focus on sales strategy and technical subject matter expertise. This role is responsible for driving business growth, leading pre-sales efforts, building client relationships, and overseeing solution delivery. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, excellent client engagement skills, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow the ServiceNow practice across industries and service lines.
  • Drive pre-sales, solutioning, and proposal development activities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and SME in client engagements.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies.
  • Oversee project delivery quality and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Mentor and develop technical teams and practice capabilities.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years in IT with 5+ years in ServiceNow leadership roles.
  • Proven success in sales, pre-sales, and customer relationship management.
  • Deep expertise in ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
