Job Title: Senior Copilot Engineer with AI Engineer

Location: Open for multiple locations.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Engineer with specialization in Microsoft Copilot Studio to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining AI-driven solutions within the Copilot Studio ecosystem, enabling intelligent, scalable, and high-performance AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • AI Development:
    Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI and agentic AI models tailored for Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • Feature Enhancement:
    Continuously enhance existing AI features by leveraging the latest research, tools, and best practices in artificial intelligence and automation.
  • Integration & Automation:
    Collaborate with software engineers to seamlessly integrate AI solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, and AI Builder.
  • Performance Optimization:
    Monitor, evaluate, and optimize AI models to ensure high efficiency, scalability, reliability, and accuracy.
  • Data Management:
    Manage large datasets, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training to support AI workflows.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver impactful AI-powered solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for AI models, workflows, processes, and outcomes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong programming experience in Python and PowerShell (additional languages are a plus).
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Agentic AI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and AI Builder.
  • Experience working with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to design scalable and maintainable AI solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience developing solutions in Copilot Studio or similar conversational AI platforms.
  • Prior experience leading AI projects or mentoring junior engineers.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and enterprise AI deployments.
