- Enterprise Product Support / Enterprise Service Selling background including Tech Support, Customer Success, and Professional services
- 10+ years of direct selling experience in SaaS, Storage, Networking, Cybersecurity and high-tech domains
- Consultative and value driven selling approach
- Proven successful experience in closing complex deals / solutions
- Trusted advisor to technology leaders, bring appropriate case studies and industry use cases into customer conversation to build confidence
- Understanding of digital and AI transformation with ability to explain forward looking impact to customer experience and engineer s productivity due to implementation of AI based solutions
- Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills. Efficient in communication and presentation to CXOs including Chief Customer Officer, Chief Product Officer, Chief Operating Officer etc
- Own and execute Enterprise Product Services sales strategy for the assigned portfolio. This will include responsibility of shortlisting Target Account List (TAL), defining win strategy, and target messages for different customers types. Make periodic adjustment in execution based on learnings
- Good business acumen and judgement to prioritize leads with higher probability of closure
- Excellent negotiation skills

New Logo Acquisition: Identify, engage, and win new clients within the Retail and CPG sectors, positioning Movate as their digital transformation partner
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans aimed at expanding Movate s footprint in the Retail & CPG markets, targeting clients undergoing digital transformation.
Digital Transformation Expertise: Utilize deep knowledge of digital trends such as AI, automation, data analytics, omnichannel customer experiences, and supply chain optimization to craft compelling solutions for clients
Client Engagement: Establish and nurture relationships with C-suite executives and decision-makers to understand their business needs and craft custom digital solutions that drive value Solution-Oriented Selling: Partner with internal stakeholders (delivery, product, marketing) to design and deliver integrated solutions that address the specific challenges and opportunities within the Retail and CPG sectors
Market Expansion: Drive Movate s presence and influence within the industry by staying ahead of market trends, fostering thought leadership, and attending industry events and forums
Revenue & Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by driving new business and expanding Movate s portfolio with major retail and CPG clients
Team Collaboration: Work closely with pre-sales, product development, and marketing teams to ensure seamless client engagement and delivery of value-driven solutions

Proven Track Record: 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a strong focus on digital transformation and the Retail/CPG sectors
Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of Retail & CPG industry dynamics, digital trends, and technologies that are shaping the future of these sectors (e.g., AI, automation, analytics, eCommerce, omnichannel strategies, etc.)
New Business Success: Demonstrated experience in new logo acquisition and scaling sales revenue in a competitive, high-growth market
Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically, develop creative solutions, and align them with client business objectives
