Pay Rate: $29 to $30 / hour
Position Summary
The Cash Management Specialist is responsible for managing daily cash operations, ensuring liquidity, and optimizing cash flow across the organization. This role involves monitoring bank accounts, forecasting cash needs, executing wire transfers, and supporting treasury initiatives to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.

Position Summary
The Cash Management Specialist is responsible for managing daily cash operations, ensuring liquidity, and optimizing cash flow across the organization. This role involves monitoring bank accounts, forecasting cash needs, executing wire transfers, and supporting treasury initiatives to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Liquidity Management: Monitor and reconcile cash positions across multiple accounts and legal entities.
- Forecasting: Prepare comprehensive short-term and long-term cash forecasts to ensure sufficient funds for operational and strategic needs.
- Banking Relations: Maintain professional relationships with banking partners and resolve transaction issues promptly.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Experience: 3+ years of industry experience in cash management or treasury operations.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in payment systems, banking platforms, and cash forecasting methodologies.
- Software: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills; ability to manage time-sensitive transactions under pressure.
- Education: Bachelor s Degree required.
