Position Summary:

Client is looking for a Senior IT Program Manager for the Supplier Relation Office (SRO) team. This role involves leading multiple IT projects, managing vendor relationships, and delivering high-quality executive presentations. The ideal candidate will have strong project management, financial acumen, and vendor management expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Program & Project Management

  • Lead multiple IT projects, ensuring timely execution within scope and budget.
  • Develop project plans, track deliverables, and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Presentation & Communication

  • Create compelling PowerPoint presentations for executive leadership.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and financial updates clearly.

Vendor & Financial Management

  • Develop vendor strategies, track performance, and ensure contract compliance.
  • Manage project budgets, financial forecasting, and cost efficiency.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Mentor project teams and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with IT, sourcing, and legal teams to optimize vendor partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree (Master s preferred) in IT, Business, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of IT program/project management experience.
  • Strong PowerPoint, vendor management, and financial tracking skills.
  • Expertise in PMP, Agile, and other project management methodologies.
  • Experience in Vendor Management Organizations (VMO) is a plus.

The hourly rate for this position is between $87.00 - $90.00 per hour.
