NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Clinical Imaging Radiology/PACS Analyst to join our team in Remote in the USA.
Overview:
This role supports a Device Fleet Replacement Program involving over 300 clinical imaging devices across multiple healthcare ministries. Devices include both large-scale imaging modalities (e.g., MRI, CT scanners) and mobile diagnostic equipment (e.g., ultrasound machines). The project is currently in Year 1, and the team is seeking analysts to assist with implementation and coordination.
Role Responsibilities
- Provide expertise in the support of connecting replacement imaging modalities to existing imaging systems (e.g., PACS, CPACS).
- Coordinate and execute scheduled device replacements based on monthly rollout plans across ministries.
- Assist with physical setup, network integration, and go-live readiness of new imaging devices.
- Respond to user issues by listening, clarifying, and resolving problems effectively.
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues independently, including Wi-Fi and hardwired network configurations.
- Understand and apply working knowledge of clinical imaging environments and networked medical devices.
- Analyze the full lifecycle of device replacement events and follow established procedures and specifications.
- Participate in rigorous project delivery processes including design sign-off, implementation, testing, and change management.
- Write clear, concise documentation for device configurations, deployment steps, and project milestones.
- Share knowledge and updates effectively within the work team through daily check-ins and collaborative tools.
Required Skills/Experience
- 2 - 4 years of relevant experience required
- 2+ years knowledge of platforms, products, and environments that support the clinical imaging space.
- 2+ years familiarity with imaging modalities (e.g., ultrasound, MRI, CT) and how they interface with PACS/CPACS systems.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in clinical imaging, biomedical engineering, or healthcare IT may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Preferences
- Clinical Engineering Certification is a plus but not required.
- Experience with device deployment, network integration, or hospital IT environments is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage repeatable tasks at scale with consistency and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Awareness of emerging trends and technologies in healthcare IT and clinical imaging.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($56 - $58/hourly ). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
