Role- Data Analyst with Finance Knowledge
Location- Hybrid
Rate-DOE
Looking for a financial professional with strong expertise in Relational Database Systems, including tools MySQL, MS Access, and FileMaker Pro.
This person will work with the new IT Specialist to review the project s financial data, recommend a suitable system, migrate the data, and develop reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Google Analytics.
- Tracking actual vs. forecast budget variance for different departments
- Analyzing legislation for possible budgetary impacts
- Combining information from MS Access reports and data to report out to executive leadership and department heads.
- Assist department heads in projecting budget needs and accessing information from various financial systems.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
- Experience with MS Access and other database/reporting tools
- Familiarity with ERP/financial systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar)
- Ability to interpret and analyze legislation/regulations for financial impact
