Job Description:

Position Description:
  • Lead integration across a cross-functional team with multiple stakeholders (including multiple IT projects, Business Product Development projects and Enterprise Architecture) to deliver on-spec and on-time initiatives.
  • Coordinate backlog prioritization in Jira and PI Planning across 5 cross functional teams with integrating priorities.
  • Project planning, forecast monitoring, and team utilization from project kickoff through to delivery across multiple teams.
  • Provide solutions for forecasting, prioritization, and team capacity challenges to ensure client milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Design, update, and communicate detailed status reports for the agencies and the clients and manage the release plans.
  • Assess epics and support dependency mapping and planning delivery timelines for priority work.
  • Utilize methods including Scrum, Lean, and Kanban to optimize workflow for standard and customized approaches to development.
  • Serve as the initial escalation point for web-related questions or issues from the client, guide the teams in addressing the issues, and escalate appropriately as required.


Skills Required:
  • Experience working in a quick-paced, exploratory environment
  • Experience with Jira & Confluence Design Thinking
  • Experience Process Flow Mapping, use of Miro for roadmap planning


Skills Preferred:

Experience implementing Artificial Intelligence (AI) Tools/Solutions

Experience Required:

5+ years of progressive responsibilities in IT, with 5-3 years of experience solving business problems through delivering IT solutions in design, engineering, and manufacturing domains.

Education Required:

Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science)
