Our client is seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to join its corporate HR team in Knoxville, TN. This is a high-impact, strategic role where you ll collaborate directly with business leaders to drive people strategies that support performance, culture, and growth. We re looking for someone who is curious, adaptable, and proactive a true partner who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This is a direct placement opportunity that will require working onsite in Knoxville.

Due to client request, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals
  • Provide coaching and guidance on performance management, employee relations, and leadership development
  • Lead initiatives in workforce planning, talent development, and organizational change
  • Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • 4 6 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or strategic HR role
  • Experience in a corporate or headquarters setting preferred
  • Strong partnership with innovative and technology-driven department(s)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders at all levels
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field (Master s a plus)
