Overview

The Project Coordinator will support the Internet Technology team by providing administrative, coordination, and project support services across multiple initiatives. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional who can manage data, support project managers, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry and maintenance in enterprise systems (e.g., PeopleSoft).
  • Serve as a coordination point between project managers, team leads, and internal stakeholders.
  • Triage incoming project requests and route tasks appropriately.
  • Support reporting, basic data analysis, and preparation of project-related documentation.
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and business process updates.
  • Provide customer-facing communications, both internal and external.
  • Support ad-hoc requests and other duties as assigned to ensure the effective operation of the Shared Services team.

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and operate independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Basic data analysis and reporting capabilities.

Technical Skills and Tools

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with PeopleSoft or similar ERP systems preferred.
  • Experience using Adobe Acrobat.

Education and Experience

  • Entry-level role.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Relevant administrative, coordination, or project support experience is a plus.
