Senior Project Manager (Remote - PST/CST/MT)
Are you a strategic thinker with a bias for action? A fast-moving team focused on growth, innovation, and strategic ventures is looking for a Senior Project Manager to help drive alignment and execution across high-impact workstreams. This is an opportunity to contribute to the development of emerging technologies and new service/product build-outs-while operating at the forefront of a global tech leader.

Location: Fully Remote (PST, CST, or MT time zones preferred)
Contract Duration: 18-month contract

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and manage multiple strategic projects, ensuring alignment and timely execution
• Translate high-level, often ambiguous requirements into actionable plans
• Own project documentation, tracking, follow-ups, and distribution of content to relevant stakeholders
• Prepare thoroughly for meetings, take notes, and track deliverables
• Use Gantt and RACI charts to plan and organize workflows
• Coordinate with technical and business teams, providing regular updates to senior leadership
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness in all project-related communications and materials

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5-10+ years of project or program management experience
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a bias for action
• Proven track record of communicating with stakeholders and executive leadership
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel and PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP Certification or Green Belt
• Familiarity with cloud environments, AI, or Quantum technologies
• Experience in both big tech companies (e.g., Microsoft, Amazon, Meta, Google) and high-growth startups

Ideal Background:

• Former titles may include Project Manager, Program Manager, or PMO Lead
• Not seeking Project Coordinators
• Bonus for candidates who have experience in both large-scale tech environments and startups
