Title: Portfolio and Strategy Manager
Location: Titusville, NJ - 3 days onsite
Pay Rate: $50/hr - $70/hr (depending on experience; On W-2 with Bytecubit Technologies)
Project Duration: 1 year, with potential for extension
Job Description: The Portfolio and Strategy Manager is a high-impact role supporting the Sr Director of Platform Strategy & Operations within the Patient Engagement and Customer Solutions department. This position serves as a strategic integrator across digital platforms, CRM initiatives, and cross-functional teams, ensuring operational alignment, strategic clarity, and executional discipline.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Sr Director to define and evolve platform strategy across patient and provider engagement.
- Lead strategic planning cycles, including capability assessments, vendor evaluations, and roadmap design.
- Develop KPIs and impact metrics to measure success across digital platforms and CRM launches.
- Provide visibility to leadership around all cross functional workstreams.
- Drive execution of strategic initiatives by coordinating across product owners, business stakeholders, and data leads.
- Support lifecycle management of platforms, ensuring alignment with business needs and resource availability.
- Collaborate on headcount planning and organizational design to support platform growth and innovation.
- Lead onboarding, training, and capability-building efforts for new hires and embedded team members.
- Act as a cultural steward, fostering collaboration and strategic mindset across teams.
- Prepare executive briefings, strategic updates, and cross-functional communications.
- Facilitate leadership team meetings, consensus sessions, and strategic workshops.
- Represent the Sr Director in internal forums and external engagements as needed.
MUST Have Skills/Experience:
- Deep understanding of CRM platforms, patient engagement, and digital product strategy.
- Strong analytical and communication skills; able to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in matrixed environments.
- Advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, or equivalent) preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, digital platforms, or healthcare innovation.
- Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives.
Plus:
- Familiarity with organizational design, vendor management, and capability mapping.
- Ability to influence across levels and drive alignment in high-stakes settings.
