Relevant Experience: 8+ years

Job Description:

  • Minimum 8+ years of overall IT experience.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in BigQuery, Python, Vertex AI, Cloudrun/Functions, GCS, and Composer.
  • Strong understanding of Google BigQuery architecture, including query optimization, performance tuning, and cost management.
  • Design and develop DDL/DML scripts and perform data ingestion and transformation using BigQuery.
  • Experience in RDBMS, PL/SQL, Shell scripting, and Python scripting.
  • Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for analytics and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience in data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling principles.
  • Experience in building and deploying ML models using Vertex AI.
  • Good knowledge of DBT (Data Build Tool) for data transformation pipelines.
  • Perform unit testing (UT) and QA testing using test cases and SQL queries.
  • Analyze large datasets to derive insights and support data-driven decisions.
  • Exposure to Java and Scala for data pipeline development is a plus.
