Job Details
Interview type: In person
Part of the time, the candidate will be supporting reception duties at the clients front desk. The rest of the time, they will be assisting in our mailroom. Again, this is not a pure reception position. Lifting is minimal and they will be working along side other employees. There is free parking.
Shift Timing: 08:00 AM-05:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Assists applicants in completing applications.
- Distributes name badges to visitors, temporary employees, etc.
- Issues facility access cards to employees.
- Schedules meeting rooms for all.
- Answers and transfers calls from all over the United States.
- Participates enthusiastically in company and community service events.
- Understands other work areas.
- Performs light Administrative duties.
- Performs PC Support and Administrative duties as needed.
- Acts as a model for Vision, Values, and Mission.
- Builds professional relationships with customers and other teams.
- Responsible for the timely updates of company phone and speed dial lists.
