RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a UX/UI Designer III to join their team in Mountain View, CA.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience; A graduate degree is a plus
* 8+ years of professional experience in service design, user experience strategy, or a related field
* Experience in a complex, matrixed organization, with demonstrated success in shipping products and services that span multiple teams or business units
* A proven track record of influencing and leading without direct authority, building consensus among senior leaders, and driving significant organizational change
* Demonstrated mastery of navigating extreme ambiguity, with the ability to frame complex problems, create a path forward, and inspire action in others
* An exceptional ability to operate with autonomy and proactive leadership, especially within a hybrid and distributed team environment. You are a self-starter who instinctively knows how to create momentum and visibility
* Expert-level facilitation and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex systems into clear, compelling narratives that resonate from the C-suite to the development team
* A portfolio that showcases your leadership on complex, end-to-end service initiatives that have delivered measurable customer and business outcomes at scale
* Deep expertise in a wide range of service design and systems thinking methodologies, and the wisdom to know when to invent new ones
* Expert-level proficiency in leveraging digital collaboration tools (Miro, Mural, Figjam, etc.) to orchestrate high-stakes strategic conversations and co-create solutions with diverse, distributed teams
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
