Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and document relevant feedback during design reviews.
- Lead data collection efforts and oversee data analysis and synthesis using industry-standard techniques.
- Design and implement research studies, including developing methodologies and data collection instruments.
- Plan and execute field visits to shadow users in ethnographic states.
- Prepare and deliver research reports, presentations, and other research deliverables.
- Interpret research findings and provide actionable insights to stakeholders, capturing insights in the research repository.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into decision-making processes.
- Plan and facilitate workshops using established frameworks.
- Mentor junior researchers and provide guidance on research best practices.
- Actively contribute to team culture and research operations.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and methodologies in the field of research.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven leadership and diplomacy skills.
- Experience with product strategy and leading generative research.
- Proficiency in leading workshops and developing research templates.
- Ability to anticipate research needs throughout a product lifecycle.
- Experience with research repository and research operations is a plus.
- Knowledge of airline processes and user groups is highly desirable.
- Ability to develop strategic workshops and create actionable insights from findings.
- Expertise in creating research deliverables such as personas, journey maps, and other materials.
