This role is not for Data Engineers. Candidates with a primarily data engineering background will not be considered.




Job Summary:



We are seeking a detail-oriented and business-savvy Data Visualization & Insights Analyst to support our data-driven initiatives. This role focuses on transforming complex data into actionable insights and visualizations-not on building infrastructure or pipelines. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in SQL, Python, and Tableau (or Amazon QuickSight), and a deep understanding of analytics and data interpretation.




Key Responsibilities:





  • Design, develop, and manage transactional and analytical data constructs/structures for reporting and insight generation.





  • Ensure data quality, organization, metadata, and profiling standards are upheld across datasets.





  • Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights to drive business decisions.





  • Build and maintain data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau or Amazon QuickSight.





  • Automate and optimize existing workflows and data scripts using Python and Databricks.





  • Collaborate closely with data analysts, business analysts, and product managers to
