Must-Have Skills:
- Hands-on expertise in security technologies (SIEM, IDS/IPS, WAF, EDR, Firewalls, Threat Intelligence, Pen Testing, etc.) and strong understanding of attack activities (e.g., scanning, DDoS, malware).
- Proven leadership, people management, and client relationship management skills with excellent communication and analytical abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred) with 5+ years in service delivery/operations management.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks and service management tools.
- Knowledge of network infrastructure, protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP), and security architecture.
