Business Analyst

Description

A Tulsa based company is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented JD Edwards (JDE) Specialist to join our rapidly growing company. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in JD Edwards software and a strong capability to work with and manipulate data tables to meet daily change requirements. This individual will also play a key role in integrating data from various sources, ensuring seamless workflows, and supporting the organization's operational and strategic growth initiatives. Position can be remote based.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, manipulate, and maintain JD Edwards data tables, ensuring data integrity and accuracy for daily business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and execute necessary changes in JDE data tables in alignment with company goals.
• Design, implement, and manage data integration processes to incorporate data from external systems or other sources into JD Edwards.
• Identify and troubleshoot system and data issues, implementing solutions to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide insightful analysis and reporting leveraging JD Edwards data, enabling informed decision-making.
• Offer recommendations on process improvements to enhance operational efficiencies and system performance.
• Support JDE upgrades, migrations, and testing initiatives as needed.
• Document all processes, workflows, and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing across the team.
• Stay updated on JDE software updates and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities to leverage new features.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Advanced expertise in JD Edwards software (minimum 3+ years of experience preferred).
• Strong skills in data table manipulation and database management within JDE.
• Experience with data integration from external data sources into JD Edwards.
• Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends, actionable insights, and process optimizations.
• Familiarity with SQL, enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools, and data transformation processes.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a high attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and present findings or solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-driven and adaptable in a rapidly growing organizational structure.
