Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. Must be a strong, end-to-end Project Manager: Understand status reporting deeply - reports go enterprise wide. Must know how to build project plans, link milestones to tasks, and derive insights for reports. Must manage RAID logs, identify which risks go to leadership, and credible challenge when needed. Stakeholder engagement and communication skills are critical. Experience with integrated project planning, risk management, and status reporting is non-negotiable.
Needs to be independent and confident
Must work in a high-pressure environment, interact with strong personalities, and push back confidently.
Uses Jira and Confluence, but the program is a hybrid model (some waterfall components). What You Will Be Doing The role will manage a family or series of projects combined within a program associated with a specific business strategy to obtain benefits and controls. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leadership, successfully delivering complex programs, and have knowledge in capital markets & institutional brokerage.

Leadership Responsibilities Should Include:
Act as the key liaison with bringing together matrixed project teams across the organization, including Technology, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Finance and other impacted partners
Demonstrate the ability to work in an agile environment / understanding Jira/Jira plans
Strong planning and reporting skills needed
Participate in program governance forums and share overall program health, issues, risks and dependencies when needed Drive delivery of all program deliverables including business case, requirements, project planning, testing, implementation, and closing Create and deliver presentations to executive and senior management on program or project goals and plans, including progress reports
Recognize and manage areas of change. Document internal & external impacts, and a plan for implementation & readiness
Execute end to-end project management using the Enterprise Project Methodology, demonstrating ownership of the entire process from beginning to end
Identify, analyze and manage risks, issues and interdependencies
