The typical pay range for this role is:
$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.

The Pharma Reporting Projects and Scrum Sr. Manager will lead the implementation of pharmacy reporting and technology solutions aligned with pharmaceutical manufacturers' contractual requirements. This role focuses on issue resolution, capability development, and long-term stabilization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Pharma Reporting scrum team as the business owner - prioritizing user stories, defining requirements, partnering with IT on solutions, and shaping the product roadmap.
- Manage business resources on the scrum team, assigning tasks and ensuring consistent participation in meetings, refinement sessions, and software releases.
- Represent Pharma Reporting in capital projects that impact Pharma data and reporting.
- Draft project requests and support capital planning for long-term reporting improvements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand data and reporting needs, offering consultative recommendations that drive business value and meet client expectations.
- Recommend and implement system and process enhancements to improve data quality and reduce manual effort.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Specialty Pharmacy operational data, advising on system and process changes to meet Pharma requirements.
- Analyze and triage complex data/reporting requests, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Design and oversee operational tools (dashboards, reports, templates) to support decision-making and address both short- and long-term reporting needs.
- Develop and deliver clear, concise presentations for senior leadership and external clients.
- Provide technical consultation on data analysis, reporting capabilities, and system functionality.
- Serve as a solution manager by creating and executing complex SQL queries to support data analysis and issue resolution, and by identifying opportunities to enhance technology and reporting processes.
- Mentor solution managers on Pharma data structures, operational workflows, and advanced SQL techniques to build team expertise.
- Support additional data-related requests from Pharma clients as needed.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in SQL or a related programming language
- 7+ years of total work experience
- Minimum 3 years in a professional services environment, including report design, reconciliation, and root cause analysis
- 2+ years working within a scrum or similar development framework
- 2+ years of Specialty Pharmacy experience
- Proven ability to influence and build effective working relationships across teams and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Teradata and Oracle databases
- Ability to develop clear and impactful PowerPoint presentations
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Preferred Skills:
- 2+ years mentoring team members or peers
- 2+ years in a client-facing role, demonstrating strong stakeholder engagement
- Understanding of cloud computing environments
- Experience reviewing and redlining contractual documents
- Strong knowledge of requirements documentation, including business, functional, and solution requirements
