Role: Sales Rep Biz Development
Location: Albany, NY
Responsibilities:
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Network with customers to identify new opportunities
Expedite the resolution of customer issues to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Provide management with reports on customer needs and interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Research on upcoming projects in the region or wherever the Regional clients are specifying
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements
Proven track record and experience as a field sales representative
Familiarity with using a CRM to report and track activity and results
Ability to build productive and professional business relationships
Highly motivated and target driven
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
