RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is partnering with a client in Pleasanton, CA to hire a Data Analyst/Application Support (Healthcare - Environmental Monitoring). This role will assist with a program designed to enhance temperature and environmental monitoring across multiple healthcare locations. Your contributions will help clinical teams maintain compliance and protect essential resources through reliable data and workflows. Location: Northern California (preferred) - with travel across CA & Hawaii.
Responsibilities:
* Gather, cleanse, normalize, and standardize application-driven data from legacy systems
* Build accurate refrigerator/freezer inventories (serial/model numbers, owners, escalation contacts, set points, special requirements)
* Configure alert trees, roles/permissions, and workflow routing; Train end users and drive adoption
* Validate/correct missing or inaccurate data and prepare auditor-ready compliance reporting
* Work onsite to verify inventory and partner with Pharmacy, Lab, Dietary, Nursing, Facilities, and Biomed stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS:
* Healthcare experience (required) with application configuration and workflow support
* Advanced Excel skills and strong data cleansing/inventory verification
* Analytical, technology-savvy, and confident in customer-facing training/consulting
* Self-starter who proactively drives information from stakeholders across many sites.
* Experience with Securitas Environmental Monitoring (or competitor tools); familiarity with healthcare regulations/policy is nice to have
* Up to 70% travel across Northern California (South Bay, Sacramento), with possible trips to Southern California and Hawaii; Overnight stays and health screening required
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
