About this Position:
Job Title: Project Coordinator/Manager
Required Qualifications/Skills Experience:

5 10 years of hands-on experience as a Project Coordinator in IT and software-related projects.

Proven experience managing or coordinating at least three of the following project types:
-
Software development or application upgrade projects.
-
IT network infrastructure setup.
-
IAM system deployments or upgrades.
-
Server upgrade/maintenance projects.

Education:
-
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Technical & Project Tools:
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Project.

Familiarity with ITIL practices, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and basic IT infrastructure concepts.

Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).

Familiarity with Change Management and Release Management processes.
Soft Skills:

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Strong written and verbal communication.

Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
