We are looking for IT Project Manager for our client in Pittsburgh, PA

Job Description:
Pay Range: $50hr - $55hr
  • The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned IT projects, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management.
  • The role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring timely and successful project delivery within enterprise environments.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all phases of assigned projects, ensuring delivery within defined scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Manage project execution, progress, communications, status reporting, resources, and change control.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve conflicts, and remove roadblocks to ensure milestone achievement.
  • Develop project budgets and seek funding approvals in accordance with capital funding processes.
  • Manage relationships with internal teams, external suppliers, stakeholders, and customers.
  • Collaborate with management and peers to establish and maintain best practices in project management methodologies and tools.
Experience:
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on project management experience within an enterprise IT PMO.
  • Proven track record in delivering large-scale IT projects such as ERP, CRM, EDW, eBusiness, MDM, or financial systems.
  • Experience in mergers/acquisitions or integration projects preferred.
Skills:
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum best practices; experience as a Scrum Master is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Visio.
  • Knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, technical, planning, and organizational abilities.
  • Exceptional facilitation and negotiation skills.
  • Exposure to diverse technologies and enterprise environments.
Should Have:
  • PMP or SCM certification preferred.
  • Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification a plus.
  • Experience with FDA Computer Systems Validation is an advantage.
Qualification And Education:
  • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
