Location: downtown Houston, TX Onsite
Duration: 6 months (possibly extension)

Candidates must be local to TX.

MUST HAVES (required on resume to be considered):
Bachelor s degree in Accounting or CS or MIS
3+ years prior Oracle EPM implementation experience
Segregation of Duties (SoD) experience and the relation to risk and internal controls.
SOX controls
CPA or CISA certification
Knowledge of oil and gas business terminology

We are seeking an Oracle EPM Implementation Analyst to support our client onsite in downtown Houston TX.
The Oracle EPM Analyst will communicate with the Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) implementation team, business process owners, and IT development team to ensure that all Segregation of Duties (SoD) are defined, documented, and mitigated. Will provide accurate and timely information that supports the EPM implementation. They will participate in the planning, design, and testing phases of the project.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Participate in planning, design, and testing of the Oracle EPM implementation.
Define Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) roles and responsibilities.
Analyze potential SoD risks for the project.
Generate and analyze SoD assessment and determine mitigating SOX controls to minimize SoD risks.
Work with IT development team to ensure new roles and responsibilities are included in the SoD tool (an in-house developed application).
Document SOX controls and process narratives for financial reporting, consolidations, and planning.
