Have two Roles: Marketing Communications Manager and Marketing Communications Strategist

Role: 1) Marketing Communications Manager:
AEM experience is a must.
Will be responsible to deliver new integrated customer communication and update and manage the lifecycle of existing communications
Implement plans for journey improvements and enhanced capabilities.
This includes Clients email prioritization strategy, implementing rules and governance to guide prioritization, logic, design, frequency and content continuity.
Will create communication design for email and SMS templates in an Adobe cloud based communications platform and create new communications frameworks for communication journeys. Use expert knowledge of cutting-edge techniques, trends and best practices to design a variety of high-visibility digital projects from social media content, HTML emails, websites, landing pages, and banners, to presentations and data-visualizations.

Role: 2) Marketing Communications Strategist:
Will lead communication strategies
Will be responsible for management of existing templates and overall transactional lifecycle strategy for business customers.
Implement plans for journey improvements and enhanced capabilities. Work closely with agency and other creative partners in the design, build, and testing for emails, SMS, and other ad-hoc communications ensuring standards and system classifications are met aligned with future platform migration efforts.
Ensure high quality and accuracy of email templates that incorporate responsive design, dynamic content, variable data, and advanced testing and interactive elements, keeping best industry practices in mind. Use expert knowledge of cutting-edge techniques, trends and best practices to deploy a variety of high-visibility projects from social media content, HTML emails, websites, landing pages, and banners, to presentations and data-visualizations.

Experience in marketing to end customers, Experience in executing on marketing communications including Email, SMS and/or Direct Mail campaigns.
