Job Title: Sr. Business Analyst
Job Type: W2 Contract - 5 months
Location: Remote
Schedule: M-F 40 hours per week
Pay Rate: $ 35 - 47 / hour
Position Overview:
The Sr. Business Analyst - Letter Maintenance Analyst is responsible for maintaining and updating letter templates within the Enterprise Letter Generation System (ELGS). This role ensures that all letter content, variables, and logic are accurately implemented and tested before deployment to production.
Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in requirements gathering and redlining sessions to review letter change requests.
• Ensure appropriate variables are correctly mapped to each letter.
• Identify and escalate any new variables not included in the existing schema for IT development.
• Build and update letter templates in ELGS based on submitted requirements.
• Perform detailed testing and regression testing to ensure accuracy and functionality.
• Collaborate with letter template owners for user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Deploy approved letter templates and logic updates into the production ELGS environment.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and familiarity with template editing.
• Strong attention to detail and testing accuracy.
• Experience with letter management or document generation systems (ELGS preferred).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
