Pay Range:$51.45-$73.50/Hrs

Description
* Deliver high-quality training programs and workshops to teams.
* Equip participants with essential technological skills, tools, and knowledge.
* Conduct training sessions in various formats, including in-person, virtual, and blended learning environments.
* Provide hands-on, practical training for effective application of skills.
* Stay updated with the latest advancements in technology to keep training content current.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct engaging training sessions in multiple formats.
* Assist in developing and updating training materials and curricula.
* Customize training content to meet specific group needs.
* Assess participants' understanding and offer constructive feedback.
* Provide individualized support for participants needing extra assistance.
* Maintain records of training sessions and participant progress.
* Collaborate with teams to understand training needs and expectations.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
* Proven experience as a technology trainer or educator.
* Proficiency or willingness to quickly engage in relevant technology programs.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to adapt training methods to various learning styles.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
