Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled IT Technical Analyst to lead and support upgrade initiatives across multiple platforms and applications for a prestigious client. This full-time position is instrumental in driving project execution, leveraging deep technical expertise, and fostering continuous improvement in delivery practices. The ideal candidate will operate within Agile frameworks, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards. This role is based on-site, offering a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Operate within Agile frameworks, actively contributing to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery cycles.
  • Champion Agile best practices and methodologies across teams to enhance project delivery and effectiveness.
  • Lead multiple medium to large-scale technical upgrade projects from initiation through delivery, aligning with overarching business and technical objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance on system architecture, integration strategies, and optimization to maximize system efficiency and scalability.
  • Facilitate collaboration and communication among cross-functional teams, including developers, QA specialists, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Identify risks and issues promptly, proposing pragmatic solutions to mitigate impact on project timelines and deliverables.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, evaluating processes and techniques to identify and implement enhancements.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a Scrum team or leading technical upgrade projects.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams.
  • Experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
  • Working knowledge of MySQL or similar relational databases is recommended.
  • Ability to provide technical leadership and strategic direction.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
  • Availability to start within standard hiring times and adapt to flexible work hours as needed.

Pay Range: $70.00 - $75.94 Hourly

This position is based in office and requires the employee to work on-site.
