D365 CRM Functional Consultant

Location : Houston, TX

Duration : Long Term

Job Description :

  • Require a strong CRM Consultant with 15+ years of D365 CRM experience
  • Must have driven Business discussions/assessment workshops and should have worked on CRM functional design covering functionalities for Sales, Customer Service, Field service and marketing
  • Experience defining D365 platform strategy and roadmap to establish D365 Platform as a horizontal in the organization
  • Expertise in creating business requirements, user stories, functional design and high-level design documents.
  • Must have sound understanding on power platform capabilities and possibilities
  • Hands-on technical experience will be advantageous
  • Must have overall understanding on - Dynamics 365 platform, online and on-premise versions, upgrades and migrations, integration with other office products, multilingual and multi-currency functionality, mobile and handheld clients, outlook and outlook app capabilities and offline capabilities
  • Experience and Understanding of DevOps, Data Archival, Governance, Best Practices, etc.
  • Must have experience of co-ordination among different teams like business SMEs, Development, QA, etc.
  • Should have given Training to Business Users on functionality being rolled out
  • Should have deep understanding of multiple industry domains.
  • Must have strong communication skills and be comfortable in leasing with stakeholders independently
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently and lead development of Dynamics CRM solution
