Job Description
This Lockheed Martin Business Transformation and Enablement organization role supports the One Lockheed Martin Transformation (1LMX) Model Based Enterprise (MBE) Enablement Center of Excellence (COE) and the MBE vision. The MBE Enablement COE is seeking an IT Program Senior Manager to provide technical oversight to IT product teams implementing new capabilities supporting Engineering, Operations, Sustainment and Supply Chain.
The candidate selected for the IT Program Senior Manager position will ensure that all technical measures for the MBE portfolio are met within the established cost and schedule baseline. Successful candidates will partner with a team of existing IT Program Managers, Agile Product Owners, and functional stakeholders in Engineering, Production Operations, and Supply Chain to deliver transformational capabilities in support of the OneLM vision including the transition into ongoing sustainment of these solutions.
The role will work closely with the 1LMX Program Management Office (PMO) and Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (SEIT) organization to present metrics and status to 1LMX program stakeholders. A successful candidate should be comfortable working with executive leadership and peers across adjacent organizations to plan, execute and status multiple activities across a broad scope.
This position is fully remote and requires ship.
Basic Qualifications
> Demonstrated formal leadership experience in a high impact, high visibility role
> Established program management skills (traditional and/or agile) with experience managing technical, cost and schedule performance
> Experience supporting major Information Technology systems for Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain or Sustainment functions (ie. Product Lifecycle Management / PLM, Model-Based Systems Engineering / MBSE, Digital Thread or Middleware Technologies, etc)
> Documented success leading IT projects through the full software development lifecycle including the operations and maintenance of deployed solutions
> Proven ability to work effectively across organizational and geographic boundaries
> Ability to effectively present to Executive level leadership across technical and non-technical subject matter
> ship required due to program access
Desired skills
> Master's degree in Information Systems or a related IT discipline
> Formal Program Management and/or Control Account Manager (CAM) training or certification
> Formal Agile certifications
> Experience leading and developing other leaders, with a strong ability to coach, mentor, and guide team members to achieve strategic objectives
> Demonstrated success in supporting business and digital transformation initiatives with documented results
> Past experience managing relationships with strategic suppliers to achieve shared objectives

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $138,100 - $243,455. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
