Job Title: SailPoint IAM Developer
Location: St. Louis, MO

Looking for W2 Candidates. No C2C
Job Summary:
Demonstrated ability to integrate SailPoint IAM solutions into enterprise security workflows, including access provisioning, role-based access control, certification campaigns, and governance reporting
Develops and/or customizes rules, policies, and workflows in SailPoint IIQ to align with enterprise security and compliance requirements
Performs integrations with structured and unstructured data sources (LDAP, databases, cloud apps) to automate identity lifecycle processes
Collaborates with internal teams and business units to understand access requirements, security gaps, and deliver scalable IAM solutions
Develops and leads technical discussions and demos with business and security stakeholders on SailPoint capabilities and best practices
Interacts with external vendors, auditors, and compliance teams to maintain and enforce governance standards
Uses strong understanding of IAM principles to analyze access patterns, detect anomalies, and recommend access controls
Applies strong scripting and development skills (Java, Beanshell, REST APIs) to enhance system automation and provisioning workflows
Extensive experience with SailPoint deployment in cloud environments (AWS IAM, Azure AD, Google Cloud Platform IAM) and modern DevSecOps practices
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information security, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
3+ years of professional experience implementing SailPoint IIQ in large enterprise environments.
3+ years of experience with Java, Beanshell scripting, identity connectors, and RESTful integrations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Cybersecurity or related technical field.
5+ years of experience in IAM and SailPoint IIQ customization.
