Job Details

K2 Partnering Solutions is currently seeking a Manager, SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) in Advisory for our Customer's Consulting practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage SAP EWM project engagements through all phases including planning, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support

  • Execute day-to-day activities of SAP EWM advisory engagements for a range of clients across industries

  • Design and optimize end-to-end warehouse management processes leveraging SAP S/4HANA and EWM capabilities

  • Identify and document key findings, risks, and improvement opportunities, and present to client stakeholders and senior leadership

  • Assist in scoping and shaping new engagements, preparing proposals, and contributing to business development efforts

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and engagement teams, supporting professional growth and high-quality delivery

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of recent experience with SAP EWM, including at least two full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations with embedded or decentralized EWM

  • Bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field

  • Proven track record of client delivery, leadership, and cross-functional team collaboration in SAP warehouse and logistics transformation projects

  • Hands-on experience with SAP EWM functionalities such as inbound/outbound processes, RF framework, slotting/rearrangement, labor management, and MFS integration

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships and lead workshops

  • Knowledge of leading warehouse automation technologies and integration with SAP EWM is a plus

  • Ability to travel up to 50 70%
