  • In SAP SuccessFactors, Job Profile Builder (JPB) is a successor to the older Job Description Manager (JDM), which was also known as . Therefore, JPB is essentially JDM with an enhanced interface and features. It's sometimes referred to as JDM v2.0

SuccessFactors Consultant, HR (USD)

Description

We are currently seeking SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with functional experience in the various SuccessFactors modules to lead and implement leading-edge projects.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager IT - Technical COE, the SuccessFactors Consultant will be responsible for configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors JDM, Job Architecture/Job Profile Builder and Center of Capability. Additional knowledge and experience in one or multiple modules like Employee Central, Performance and Goal Management, Succession, LMS, Recruitment, Career Development are highly desirable to understand the correlation and integration with these modules. Knowledge about Talent Intelligence Hub and Opportunity Marketplace are desirable. Candidate will partner with internal ITHR team and HR stakeholders to implement the strategy and deliver the goals of the HR projects. Candidate will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate technology into our business environment and achieve business results.

As part of the ITHR team, you will support configuration and best practices through your knowledge of SuccessFactors and HR processes.

What will you do:
Develop a strong understanding of and analyzes business requirements and objectives
develop system configurations to satisfy business reporting needs
Perform system configurations to satisfy business requirements and deliver the goals of the HR projects
Identify, analyze issues with in-depth evaluation of identify root cause and propose alternate options to solve complex business problems
Conduct current state assessments, evaluate assessment results, and present findings including pros n cons in a logical and easy-to-understand manner
Audit and validate data within HR systems. Perform fit gap analyses to determine initiatives and build out roadmaps to address identified gaps focused on communication plans, governance structures
Develop best practices in Job Architecture framework to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
Manage JDM and configure Job Architecture/Job Profile Builder and Capabilities in SAP SuccessFactors along with the integration with other SF modules like Performance Management, Recruitment, Learning, Succession, Platform, Career Development etc.
Understand the future roadmap for Talent Intelligence Hub and Opportunity Marketplace to advise and guide business and technical teams in implementing best practices.
Work closely with Technical Leads, Functional leads, business SMEs
Manage project specific activities and proactively address them to meet project timelines and schedule.
Maintain configuration workbook
Support multiple projects concurrently including different iterations of testing, project Go-Lives, emergency access provisioning and Hypercare
Participate in testing new releases to recognize and identify related enhancements and changes
Identify risks that exist in the current environment and proposes solutions
Coordinate product support activities which involve assignment of issues, issue analysis and resolution within the specified SLAs

What you will bring:
7+ years of in-depth knowledge and experience in SAP SuccessFactors modules especially in JDM, Job Architecture, Job Profile Builder, Capabilities, Performance Management, Succession Management, Learning and Recruitment etc
Additional knowledge and experience in other SAP SuccessFactors modules like Onboarding 2.0, Career Development are desirable
Certifications in one or multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules is required
Strong written, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate
Analytical and solutions oriented; ability to solve complex problems by providing detailed insight and constructive criticism into problems/complex situations
