Cloud Security Architect

Requirements:

• 8 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on cloud security architecture.
• Demonstrated experience in reviewing source code and identifying security risks (not a hands-on development role).
• Deep understanding of cloud-native security principles across at least one major platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Familiarity with AI/ML workflows and specific risks tied to data pipelines, models, and APIs.
• Knowledge of common cloud security frameworks (e.g., CSA, NIST, CIS Benchmarks).
• Hands-on experience with code analysis and tools such as static/dynamic analysis or IaC scanning.
• Strong background in risk assessment, threat modeling, and security control implementation.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including data scientists, architects, and DevOps.
• Industry certifications such as CCSP, CISSP, AWS Certified Security Specialty, or equivalent are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain cloud security architecture frameworks aligned with enterprise goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Assess AI/ML models and solutions for security vulnerabilities, compliance risks, and potential threats.
• Perform detailed threat modeling and risk assessments on cloud-based systems and AI workloads.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and DevOps teams to integrate security throughout the software and ML lifecycle.
• Guide and enforce secure design principles across multi-cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Evaluate and recommend security tools and technologies to support cloud security posture and AI model integrity.
• Contribute to incident response and forensic investigations involving cloud or AI assets when needed.
• Lead security architecture discussions and documentation for AI/ML services, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Stay current with evolving threats in cloud computing and AI, and proactively propose mitigation strategies.

Ensure adherence to industry best practices and organizational security policies.
