Job description
Company is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company hire a Communications & Change Management Consultant to support its Indirect Procurement and Transformation Enablement teams.
In this role, you will develop clear, effective internal communications and build well-organized content that helps employees understand how to engage with procurement. You'll improve process visibility, migrate and structure critical information, and support change initiatives tied to new tools, policies, and workflows.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, self-directed communicator who excels at simplifying complex information, organizing fragmented content into usable structures, and driving stakeholder adoption. Procurement-specific experience is not required; the team will provide the subject-matter expertise, but strong internal communication and change-management skills are essential.

What You'll Do

Internal Communication & Stakeholder Enablement
  • Develop and execute internal communication plans that clarify procurement processes, policies, tools, and engagement pathways.
  • Ensure stakeholders know how and when to interact with procurement by providing transparent, easy-to-follow guidance.
  • Create clear messaging around new tools, system updates, and process changes.
Content Creation, Organization, & Knowledge Management
  • Build and launch a new internal webpage that consolidates direct and indirect procurement information.
  • Migrate and reorganize content from Confluence into a coherent, intuitive structure.
  • Create and maintain training guides, how-to resources, process documentation, and other internal content.
  • Connect fragmented information across teams, ensuring stakeholders have a single, reliable source of truth.
Change Management & Training Support
  • Develop communication plans and training collateral for new procurement tools and workflows.
  • Keep training materials up to date as processes evolve.
  • Drive stakeholder understanding and adoption by making complex information simple, consumable, and actionable.
Program & Project Operations
  • Manage multiple communication work streams with autonomy, operating proactively in a small, fast-paced team.
  • Build templates, workflows, and scalable processes for ongoing communication support.
  • Partner closely with procurement leadership to ensure clarity, alignment, and consistent messaging.
Daily tasks
Key Responsibilities:
Communication Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute internal communication plans that support team goals, values, and strategic priorities.
Establish and uphold consistent messaging and communication standards across teams and channels.
Content Creation & Organization
Create compelling internal content, including intranet articles, newsletters, email announcements, presentations, executive messages, and educational materials.
Produce multimedia content such as short videos, micro-learning snippets, and training resources.
Organize, publish, and maintain content across internal systems-including Confluence and the company intranet-building pages and optimizing information architecture for clarity and usability. Set up complex and hierarchical page structures, manage permissions, use various templates/macros to build a comprehensive knowledge base for the organization
Change Management & Employee Enablement
Lead communications for change initiatives, including new tools, systems, and processes, ensuring clarity, transparency, and adoption readiness.
Develop and support internal and supplier training programs, documentation, toolkits, and learning materials to drive successful adoption of new capabilities.
Program & Project Management
Manage multiple communications work streams and deadlines, delivering high-quality output in a fast-moving environment.
Create and refine workflows, templates, and processes to improve efficiency and support scalable communication delivery.
Track communication effectiveness and leverage insights to continuously improve strategies and content.
Required skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
6 8 years of internal or corporate communications experience in a dynamic environment
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
Experience building and maintaining intranet and Confluence environments, including content organization and site structure
Strong project-management capabilities; able to prioritize, multitask, and self-manage across competing priorities
Comfortable operating in ambiguity; anticipates needs, risks, and dependencies and drives clarity and alignment
Experience supporting organizational change and technology/tool rollouts
Proficient in internal communication platforms and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, intranet systems, email/presentation software, Google Workspace)
Experience developing multimedia and training assets (e.g., videos, micro-content, toolkits)
Analytical mindset with basic reporting and insights skills
Highly collaborative; strong interpersonal skills and commitment to building trusted relationships
Familiarity with change-management communication frameworks is a plus
