Project Manager

The Client is requires the services of 1 Project Lead 2, hereafter referred to as Candidate(s), who meets the general qualifications of Project Lead 2, Project Management and the specifications outlined in this document for the Texas Education Agency.

All work products resulting from the project shall be considered "works made for hire" and are the property of the Texas Education Agency and may include pre-selection requirements that potential Vendors (and their Candidates) submit to and satisfy criminal background checks as authorized by Texas law. Texas Education Agency will pay no fees for interviews or discussions, which occur during the process of selecting a Candidate(s).

The Project Manager with 6 or more years of experience performs advanced levels of project manager work under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Familiar working with Agile framework and project management skills. This individual will work with a wide range of team members, including senior leadership throughout the agency.

Required

6+ years of product and project leading experience on projects with multiple stakeholders and integrations

6+ years of managing projects with enterprise content management solutions

Preferred

Existing familiarity with TEA's standard practices and procedures for leading projects

Prefer 3+ years of experience with TEA or other state agency.

Experience with managing and leading projects on Alfresco, including maintaining and implementing enhancements

CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 6 Years-Required-Years with direct project management experience
• 6 Years-Required-Experience working with state budget and expense tracking
• 3 Years-Preferred-TEA Experience
• 3 Years-Preferred-Agile/Scrum participation
• 3 Years-Preferred-Familiarity with Alfresco Share customization and AMP packaging
