About the Role
Are you a strategic thinker with deep expertise in Sell Side trading technology? Do you thrive at the intersection of product innovation, market structure, and client engagement? We're seeking a Sr Product Manager to lead the evolution of a next-generation Order Management System (OMS) platform, with a focus on the Canadian Sell Side equity markets.

About the Role

This is a high-impact role where you'll drive the roadmap, shape the product vision, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge trading solutions that serve both internal desks and external clients.
What You'll Do
- Lead Product Strategy: Define and execute the OMS product roadmap aligned with strategic business goals.
- Own the Backlog: Translate business needs into actionable development work, from wireframes to user stories.
- Drive Innovation: Reduce vendor dependencies and enhance proprietary OMS capabilities.
- Be the Expert: Act as the go-to authority on Canadian equity market microstructure and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with Sales: Support client conversations, demos, and adoption strategies as the OMS product evangelist.
- Enhance UX: Prioritize usability and stickiness in every design decision.
- Train & Enable: Educate internal teams and clients on new features and platform enhancements.
What You Bring
- 15+ years in capital markets, with deep Sell Side OMS experience.
- Expertise in Canadian equity market structure and IIROC regulations.
- Strong familiarity with OMS/EMS platforms and FIX protocol.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex product lifecycles.
- Experience at a broker-dealer or investment bank is highly preferred.
- A structured, analytical mindset with a passion for solving real-world trading challenges.
