Job Details
We are seeking a Project Manager with strong EDI and integration experience to lead cross-functional projects focused on enterprise data exchange, system integrations, and process automation. This role is accountable for driving project delivery, ensuring alignment across teams, and managing day-to-day execution for integration and trading-partner initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of EDI and integration projects across multiple business units.
Work with business stakeholders to define project scope, integration requirements, timelines, and success criteria.
Coordinate with solution architects, developers, and external vendors to deliver EDI and API-based integrations across ERP, CRM, logistics, and supply chain platforms.
Oversee onboarding and management of trading partners using platforms such as Orderful, SPS Commerce, Cleo, Boomi, or MuleSoft.
Maintain project plans, track milestones, identify risks and dependencies, and ensure timely communication to leadership.
Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and cross-functional alignment across business and technical teams.
Support testing cycles, cutover planning, and production deployment activities in coordination with stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to integration standards, documentation quality, and governance expectations.
Qualifications
5 10 years of experience as a Project Manager overseeing integration or EDI-related initiatives.
Working knowledge of EDI standards (e.g., 850, 855, 856, 810, 997) and common API/integration patterns.
Hands-on experience managing integrations between ERP (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), CRM (Salesforce), logistics, or supply chain systems.
Experience coordinating with integration vendors or platforms such as Orderful, SPS Commerce, Cleo, Boomi, or MuleSoft.
Strong skills in project planning, stakeholder communication, status reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
