Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development/Sales professional with a strong background in US IT staffing and recruitment to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities (Requirements), managing client relationships, and expanding our client base in the staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US IT staffing and recruitment domain.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and HR decision-makers.
- Pitch recruitment services to potential clients and convert leads into business.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team to deliver suitable candidates.
- Meet sales targets and generate consistent revenue through client acquisition.
- Negotiate terms of business with clients and close deals effectively.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline reports.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in business development should be from US IT staffing and recruitment industry.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and staffing solutions(permanent & contractual).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong client relationship management and networking skills.
- Bachelors degree in any field but business, HR, or related field (MBA preferred).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with corporates, startups, and/or consulting firms.
