Job Title: SAP Integration Lead (S/4HANA Grow Implementation)

Location: Texas Hybrid in the United States (Onshore)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Integration Lead to support our SAP S/4HANA Grow Implementation project. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP integration methodologies, SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), and SAP CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote). Strong leadership and collaboration skills, as well as a proven track record of managing high-visibility, large-scale SAP projects, are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Integration Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop integration strategies and roadmaps for the SAP S/4HANA Grow implementation.
    • Ensure alignment with business objectives and project timelines, incorporating SAP BTP services and CPQ solutions where relevant.
  • Solution Design & Architecture:
    • Design end-to-end integration solutions supporting SAP S/4HANA, SAP CPQ, and related systems.
    • Leverage technologies such as SAP BTP, SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration), SAP PI/PO, and other middleware tools.
  • Implementation & Configuration:
    • Lead the technical configuration of integration scenarios to connect SAP S/4HANA with legacy systems, third-party solutions, SAP CPQ, and cloud applications via SAP BTP.
    • Ensure effective integration of CPQ processes, ensuring configurations align with enterprise needs.
  • Project Leadership & Collaboration:
    • Manage integration workstreams, collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams, and provide guidance to junior team members or external partners.
    • Serve as a key point of contact for BTP and CPQ-related integration efforts.
  • Quality Assurance & Testing:
    • Oversee test strategies for integration interfaces, APIs, and data flows (including CPQ and BTP).
    • Coordinate unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts.
  • Issue Resolution & Support:
    • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical integration issues related to S/4HANA, CPQ, and BTP in a timely manner.
    • Ensure minimal disruption to business processes and uphold high service levels.
  • Documentation & Compliance:
    • Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, configurations, and best practices.
    • Ensure activities comply with governance frameworks and security standards, including BTP architecture guidelines.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and deliverables to project stakeholders, proactively offering solutions to address potential concerns.
    • Clearly articulate the benefits and constraints of BTP and CPQ integrations to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Education:
    • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • SAP Experience:
    • Minimum of 10+ years of SAP integration experience, including SAP CPI or PI/PO.
    • Proven track record in multiple SAP implementation projects, with at least one end-to-end S/4HANA implementation experience.
    • Proficiency in SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) services and SAP CPQ integration.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Strong knowledge of web services, APIs (REST, SOAP), data mapping, and XML/JSON formats.
    • Familiarity with integrating SAP CPQ with S/4HANA systems, leveraging BTP for extensibility.
    • ABAP knowledge is a plus for custom development and enhancements.
  • Leadership & Collaboration:
    • Demonstrated leadership experience managing integration teams or workstreams.
    • The ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, particularly on BTP and CPQ solutions.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable steps for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Ability:
    • Proven analytical skills with a strong attention to detail, capable of troubleshooting complex integration challenges efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications: SAP certifications in relevant integration technologies, S/4HANA, or SAP CPQ are highly desirable.
  • Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies, project management principles, and DevOps practices.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in Manufacturing, Retail, or Life Sciences can be advantageous.
