Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
Integrated Windows Authentication (IWA): Lead the implementation,
configuration, and management of IWA for single sign-on (SSO) across intranet
applications and web services for domain-joined users.

Advanced Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex authentication issues,
including Kerberos, NTLM, and other Active Directory-related problems.

Group Policy Management: Design, deploy, and troubleshoot Group Policy
Objects (GPOs) to enforce enterprise security policies and user configurations.

Core Infrastructure Services: Administer and optimize core services such as DNS
and DHCP to support AD and IWA functionality.

Security and Compliance: Ensure adherence to enterprise security standards,
perform audits, and maintain security integrity across authentication systems.

System Integration: Partner with application and development teams to integrate
new applications with IWA for secure, seamless access.

Automation & Reporting: Develop PowerShell scripts to automate routine
administration tasks and generate advanced reporting on the AD environment.

On-Call Support: Participate in an on-call rotation to support authentication and
related infrastructure services after hours.

Qualifications:

Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of IWA, Kerberos, NTLM, DNS, DHCP, and
Group Policy with hands-on experience in large-scale enterprise environments.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to handle complex
technical challenges independently.

Leadership & Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to
guide teams and work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

Experience Level: Mid to Senior-level professional with proven experience in
enterprise authentication infrastructure and Active Directory environments
