We are looking for a IT Product Specialist for our client in Oakland, CA
Job Title: IT Product Specialist
Job Location: Oakland, CA Job Type: Contract Job Description: Pay Range: $90.22hr -$95.22hr
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting large software programs or enterprise IT projects.
  • Strong experience administering SharePoint and collaboration tools.
  • Strong experience with Jira and Agile/Hybrid project management tools.
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, lookups, and charts.
  • Working knowledge of financial and accounting concepts.
  • Experience with Power BI reporting and dashboards.
Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in large-scale IT programs or project environments.
  • 5+ years of experience in software design, development support, or PMO tool administration.
  • Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for IT programs.
  • Experience integrating data from multiple enterprise systems for reporting and analysis.
Responsibilities:
  • Administer and support SharePoint and collaboration platforms, including site setup, permissions, and structure.
  • Design and support project collaboration spaces and document management solutions.
  • Configure and administer Jira instances to support Agile and Hybrid delivery teams.
  • Support software testing tools for test execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain tools for project estimating, cost tracking, and financial forecasting.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources to support schedule, cost, and performance reporting.
  • Support data analysis and reporting initiatives in collaboration with reporting and analytics teams.
  • Ensure project portfolio management tools remain current and compliant with governance standards.
  • Provide day-to-day support to PMO, project managers, and controllers.
  • Communicate effectively with technical teams, project leadership, and stakeholders.
Should Have:
  • Experience with ERP project lifecycles and implementation methodologies.
  • Familiarity with workflow automation tools to streamline reporting and communications.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled productivity or collaboration tools.
  • Experience supporting testing centers of excellence or QA teams.
