Azure Systems Architect
Location: Charlotte, NC
As an Azure Systems Architect in our contingent resource assignment, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's technology landscape. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze complex challenges, and contribute to large-scale planning. Here's what you'll be doing:
- Consultation and Strategic Planning: Engage in complex initiatives related to Systems Architecture. Evaluate multiple factors, including intangibles and unprecedented elements, to drive impactful outcomes.
- Azure Expertise: Leverage your real-world experience across a spectrum of Azure services, including ASE, AKS, ACA, ADF, Fabric, Purview, One Lake, ADLS, and Synapse.
- Architectural Design: Create systems that span the Application Layer, Services Layer, Data Lake/Warehouse, Reporting, and Analytics. Articulate the intricacies of complex systems you've architected.
- Corporate Accounting Focus: Familiarity with corporate accounting, banking, financial services, or capital markets is preferred.
- Effective Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills. Explain architectural choices to business stakeholders, providing rationale and solutions.
- Tools and Frameworks: Familiarity with Archimate and BizzDesign is a plus.
- Long-Term Project: The role involves architecting CLIENT's target state Corporate Accounting platform (subledger, general ledger, accounting feeds, reporting, and analytics). This 4+year project offers contract-to-hire opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of Systems Architecture experience. This can be demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military service, or education.
