Essential Functions

Adapt Market Tools to meet changing requirements of business owners and comply with FERC regulations and update supporting documentation.
Design and automate processes to support Marketing Operations
Research, review and evaluate newer technologies on behalf of Market Automation and Design
Understand the technological requests and needs (hardware and software) of the Market Design and Market Operations departments as process improvements are developed and new market changes are designed and implemented

Required Skills and Abilities

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience
Ability to troubleshoot and provide technical support
Learning agility and attention to detail
Programming skills: .NET, C#, PL/SQL, Windows Presentation Framework (WPF), experience with Object oriented design

Preferred Skills and Abilities
REST API, Python, SAS, VBA, Experience with asynchronous programming, GIT Lab, Tableau, Windows Services, SQL Tuning, Data Science include Machine Learning / AI
