Job Description:

Note: Need consultants with strong experience has Technical Operations Manager with Media & Postproduction.

Overseeing operations and managing resources with a dedicated full-time employee lead.

Allocating resources specifically for TV projects.

Sourcing global talent for roles in each of the specified locations.

Managing project-specific resources, including locations, hours, assignments, HR, equipment, and master work assignment schedules.

Tracking budgets, invoicing, and handling financial requests.

Ensuring a 15-minute response time to queries in accordance with a Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Adhering to Apple s standards, project specifications, and quality requirements.

Implementing quality assurance measures to deliver high-quality service.

Achieving a yield of over 95% and an accuracy rate of 99%.

Personnel in Los Angeles, New York, must possess the following qualifications, skills, and experience.

Technical Expertise:

Proficiency in digital cinema standards and protocols, including DCP, KDM, GDC player, Black Magic, ProRes, and color spaces/aspect ratios. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues in screening rooms and theaters.

Software Proficiency:

Experience with tools such as Airtable, Help scout, PIX, Flow Capture, Aspera, Adobe Premiere, Davinci Resolve, and Crestron Systems.

Operational Skills:

Ability to manage file uploads, downloads, logging, and quality control (QC) of various file types. Scheduling and operations of screenings, including virtual and internal screenings.

Post-Production Knowledge:

Familiarity with workflows for dailies, WIPs, brand reviews, archival processes, and clip pulls.

Communication Skills:

Strong ability to troubleshoot via phone and email with internal and external stakeholders, conduct onboarding and training calls, and resolve time-sensitive issues.

Management Capabilities:

Tracking inventory and deployment of hardware/software assets, maintaining process documentation, and adhering to security protocols.

Quality Assurance:

Ensuring high-quality service delivery with a yield of over 95% and an accuracy rate of 99%.

Global Talent Sourcing:

Ability to source and manage talent across the specified locations to meet project requirements.
