About the Role:


A leading financial services group is seeking an experienced Pega Developer to support onboarding and servicing initiatives using the Pega CLM platform. The team is migrating from a legacy system to a modern solution and expanding development capacity for an upcoming project that will manage the full customer journey from new client setup through maintenance and onboarding.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Design and develop Pega CLM applications based on business needs

  • Work closely with business analysts, architects, and developers to refine requirements

  • Customize workflows, UI components, and integrations within the Pega platform

  • Perform testing, debugging, and quality validation in line with regulatory standards

  • Provide support and enhancements for existing Pega CLM applications



What We re Looking For:



  • 5+ years of hands-on Pega development experience

  • (Ideal candidates may have started in Java before transitioning to Pega not just configuration work)

  • Strong knowledge of banking processes and regulations, especially in Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM)

  • (Commercial banking/financial services background preferred)

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into scalable Pega solutions



Compensation:


Hourly Rate: $65 $70 per hour


This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
