Overview

Manages a team of Business Intelligence Analysts responsible for developing dashboards, reports, and actionable insights. Oversees the development and delivery of complex operational and strategic reporting. Aligns Business Intelligence team initiatives with business goals and manages resources and talent to ensure team success.

Responsibilities
  • Translate business needs into reporting strategies and ensure alignment with functional objectives and actionable insights
  • Lead execution of reporting and analytics projects that support decision-making and performance monitoring
  • Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional partners to define priorities and evolve the BI roadmap
  • Ensure data integrity, reporting standards, and quality control across all deliverables
  • Track team performance, assign projects, and evaluate capacity against business needs
  • Coach team on complex data analyses, root cause assessments, and operational performance measurement

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of training, education and experience.
  • College/university degree and 5+ years work experience; 1+ years of management experience
  • Proven ability to lead a team of analysts in delivering actionable insights and reports that support business objectives
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data trends and provide solutions to business challenges through data analysis
  • Effective skill in building relationships with internal clients, understanding their data needs, and delivering tailored BI solutions
  • Strong skills in documenting procedures, reports, and analytical findings to ensure transparency and repeatability of processes
  • Effective leadership in managing a team, driving performance to meet organizational goals
  • Ability to identify challenges and develop practical solutions that optimize team performance
  • Skill in managing daily operations with a focus on efficiency and productivity
  • Strong interpersonal skills for coordinating with team members and other departments
  • Commitment to empowering team members to take initiative and make decisions in their roles
  • Proficiency in setting goals and evaluating team performance to achieve business objectives

Desired Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in related field or equivalent combination of training, education and experience.
  • Experience in Fraud Analytics
