Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Platform Admin/Engineer to lead complex ServiceNow installations and integrations, ensuring reliability, scalability, and optimal performance across environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of complex ServiceNow implementations aligned with best practices.

  • Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including MID Server setup, integrations, and system health monitoring.

  • Ensure platform high availability, disaster recovery readiness, and performance optimization.

  • Develop and enhance the ServiceNow support portal by configuring pages, components, and themes.

  • Implement and extend ServiceNow Virtual Agent using Now Assist to deliver intelligent, context-aware self-service experiences.

  • Create and deploy custom GenAI skills tailored to specific business workflows using the Now Assist Skill Kit.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and streamline ITSM, ITOM, and CSM processes.

  • Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features, advocating for innovation and adoption of new capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform administration and engineering.

  • Strong understanding of MID Server architecture, integrations, and API-based connectivity.

  • Experience with Virtual Agent, Now Assist, and GenAI capabilities in ServiceNow.

  • Solid knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, configuration, and governance practices.

  • Proven experience leading ServiceNow upgrades, migrations, and large-scale deployments.
